Koirantassu Oy (business ID 3118112-3, Rahtimiehentie 17, 93600 KUUSAMO, info@koirantassu.fi) sells products to adult individuals in Finland and the EU. The prices of the products include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.
To order
Products are ordered on the e-commerce website by adding them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the cart at the checkout. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact details requested when placing an order will not be used for any purpose other than to deliver the order or to resolve any ambiguities in it, unless otherwise stated. When ordering from the online shop, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of delivery in force at the time.
Payment and payment methods
With Klarna Invoice, you get 30 days to pay for your purchases.
Paying with Klarna Invoice is safe and easy, and you don't need payment card details or bank IDs to make a purchase. Ordering is easy with your personal details. You always receive the products you buy before you have to pay for them. Once you receive your Klarna Invoice, you can decide whether you want to pay for your purchases in instalments. The decision to grant credit is always made by Klarna.

Card and online payments
You can use the online payment buttons of Finnish banks through Noda Open Banking.
When paying via Noda, the payment is immediately transferred directly to the merchant's account - this is our preferred and recommended payment method. Noda operates throughout the EU and supports most Finnish banks, including Nordea, Danske Bank, Osuuspankki, S-Pankki and Säästöpankki.
Card payments (Visa and MasterCard) are handled securely through the Stripe payment service.
You can also pay by bank transfer, in which case the payment will appear within 1-2 banking days.
Klarna flexible installment payment
With Klarna's flexible instalment facility, you can easily get payment time for new purchases. You don't need payment card details or bank details to make a purchase. Ordering is easy with your personal details. Klarna Flexible Batch Payment is easy and secure. Four payment schedules are available - 3, 6, 12 and 24 months. Up to 12 months, you can receive your purchases interest-free. The decision to grant credit is always made by Klarna.

Order and payment confirmation
After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. To send confirmation messages, you will need to provide an email address when placing your order.

Delivery time
Our most common delivery times to Finland are 2-5 days, depending on the order and delivery method. More exact times are indicated in the product options. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect damage caused by delays. In the event of abnormal delivery times, information will be provided on the homepage of the online shop.
Right of withdrawal and refund conditions
You have the right under consumer protection law to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. In the cancellation notice, you must state your name, address, date of order, product and send it by email to info@koirantassu.fi or by post to the return address below. The product must be returned by post within 14 days of the cancellation notice in its original condition and packaging. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please include a copy of the cancellation notice with your return. If the product has been used, we reserve the right to charge a depreciation.
If you want to return or exchange products after the inspection period, please contact us directly. When returning a delivered order, please include your name and contact details for a refund. We will refund your payment in full within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation notice, provided that the product has been returned or verifiably delivered to the return address by the postal service.

Unclaimed package
Non-redemption is not the same as a refund or cancellation. For an unclaimed parcel for which no separate cancellation notice has been given, we charge a fee of €7.
Problem situations
If the product is lost or damaged during transit or otherwise does not match your order, you must report the fault in writing within 14 days at the latest to the address given in the Cancellation and Returns section or by calling the telephone number given in the contact details. If the package is damaged at the Post Office, you must immediately make a claim to the Post Office.
