Delivered to the Post Office or parcel machine of your choice. The maximum size of a parcel going to a parcel machine is 59 cm x 36 cm x 60 cm. If the parcel does not fit into the machine or the machine is full, the parcel will be forwarded to the post office at your home address as if the parcel forwarding service had never been used. You will receive an arrival notification informing you where you can pick up your parcel.

The consignment is delivered to the address indicated on the address card and handed over against receipt. The recipient will be contacted within 1-2 days of dispatch to arrange a delivery date.
In larger cities, delivery is possible until 9 pm. In other places until 14:00.
